Once again, the 4nd European Law Forum on Winter Sports “Dai Diritti della Neve al Diritto della Neve” (“From snow rights to snow law”) will be held, from 28 – 30 November, 2008 in Bormio, the well-known alpine winter sports resort and the venue for the last edition of the World Alpine Ski Championships.

The aim of the Conference, at which top Lawyers from 16 countries worldwide will be participating, is to compare the different legislative systems in force in the various European and non-European countries, with regard to Snow Law, in order to begin the harmonisation the future European Snow Law.

This is understandably an important date, in which topics of significant legal and sporting interest will be discussed, and we should like to invite you to take paricipate.
